There once was a girl named Emma.
Emma loved recess. Really. She did.
But one day, that all changed.

She loved recess because of the vast space and
The giant playground. It was huge!!!
There were individual pieces of equipment
and structures. MONSTROUS structures.

Swing sets,
slides,
monkey bars,
climbing ropes,
and large, grassy fields.

But then the school started taking the equipment
away. Piece by piece. Until recess was
one swing set and the fields.
Nobody will ever know why the school took away the equipment.
From that day forward, Emma HATED recess.
